New milking barn - This facility will house 80 cows in 70 tie stalls (3 different sizes) and 10 pens. A Delaval track feeder will drop specific amounts of feed to each cow several times per day. The barn will have indoor and outdoor wash racks, storage for bulk commodities, three calving pens and a large crew office. It will also feature a conference room off the main entrance displaying photos and show awards. (click photo for larger image)
 
Heifer barn - This heifer facility measures 280' X 80' and includes 24 group pens of varying sizes. The barn can accomodate heifers from weaning to calving. Curtains provide ventilation. Doors to the outside will connect to pastures for older heifers or small exercise lots for younger calves. An enclosed washrack area accomodates washing, clipping, hoof-trimming, flushing, implanting embryos, etc. (click photo for larger image)
